超聲波霧化噴嘴的構(gòu)造：
內(nèi)超聲波霧化噴嘴屬霧化噴嘴,它由進(jìn)油管(1),進(jìn)氣管(2),超聲波發(fā)生器(3),共振腔(4)及噴頭(6)所組成。利用超聲波發(fā)生器與共振腔作用產(chǎn)生高頻超聲波,將油料霧化成細(xì)小油珠,與氣體混合由噴頭的噴油孔噴入鍋爐內(nèi),從而既保證了高的霧化質(zhì)量。
